This Platform is an independent business software service integrating with the WhatsApp Business Platform. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, it is not WhatsApp, Meta, Facebook, or their agent or representative. Their names, logos and marks belong to their owners.

WhatsApp functionality is subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's current terms, policies, pricing, documentation and enforcement, including:

Meta and WhatsApp may change pricing, categories, limits, templates, eligibility and features; reject or pause templates; reduce limits; or restrict numbers, WhatsApp Business Accounts and portfolios. We cannot guarantee delivery, approval, uninterrupted access, account quality or reversal of enforcement.

Merchants remain responsible for consent, content, opt-outs, targeting, frequency, prohibited goods, customer care, taxes, commerce, privacy notices and account activity. Compliance tools reduce avoidable risk but are not legal advice and do not transfer Merchant obligations.

The Services do not provide access to emergency services. Do not rely on WhatsApp or this Platform for urgent police, fire, medical or public-safety communications.
